Move pack details
*EDIT*(Jameslfc19) A lot of this information is taken from LBP2Blog Please check them out as they're AWESOME! *EDIT*
New in LBP Move Pack
Here are some previews of the Move pack from the LBP Meet up this year.
■A brand new story theme for LittleBigPlanet 2 – The Rise of the Cakeling with 14 new levels (5 levels, 7 mini games and 2 cutscenes)
■A new powerup for Sackboy: The Brane Crane
■3 huge new powerful gadgets for use with PlayStation®Move: The Movinator, The Move Recorder, The Paint Tool
■4 Interactive Music Tracks
■8 Music Sequencer Tracks
■A new Sound Object containing 32 new sounds
■17 new Music Sequencer Instruments
■A new level background
■6 New Costumes
■18 Materials
■41 Decorations
■13 Objects
■66 Stickers
■39 new LittleBigPlanet Pins
■11 brand new PlayStation® Trophies
The PlayStation Move pack comes with 18 New materials, with one being animated and 2 being tweakable!
The brain crane is a new creatinator type powerup which adds a headband to your Sackboy. Using the brain crane allows you to pick up any grabable object. This new powerup is used heavily in the move packs story mode. Using the brain crane you point the move in the direction you want to grab, and move it outward/inward to select how far away you want to grab. With the brain crane you can also pick up other sackthings and throw them, but if they jump you let go of them, much like the grabinator.
The moveinator is a new tool which lets you access button presses, as well as information such as angle position etc, the tool is easy to use with 2 circuits. The right is the move itself and the left is the navigation/left side of the dualshock controller, using this you can create new mini games for the move!
Also the Playstation Move Pack included a host of new Sticker/Decorations!
(Not pictured is the new sticker material.)
As well as a few new objects, one of which is lethal!
The move cursor allows you to choose any sticker and set it to the cursor such as in sackboys prehistoric moves. There are many tweaks for this including default sound effects, size of the cursor, if it can grab grabable objects, weither it can move items in/out and or if it requires a tag to be grabbed by the cursor. The new logic is so easy to use that i had a shooting gallery running in about 20 minutes after i got into create. The possibility’s for the move cursor are so vast
Included in the Move pack is a new Victorian themed background which is truly amazing.
New costumes…
The move level pack also includes a sound object with sounds such as acid drops, cursor sfx, a new enemy sound pack and a few various sounds like a powerup blast sound.

Thanks James for adding that in for me. I wanted to add in the source info. You guys have my hands tied.

Also you misspelled they're. It is a common mistake, happens all the time. Although you are right, they are awesome!

Yup I'm here too. Their parallax contest brought me this way.

Re: Move pack details
LoL don't apologize like I said its common.
Stuff happens. It's one of those "should of....could of.... would of...." type deals. My probation period should be up in a few days.
Generally I scour the web for useful info/news about LBP. most of which gets obtained from a variety of sources, then edited into one lump sum that doesn't require further detail or link sourcing.
I'll keep link sourcing in mind when compiling news/info for this web site.
News/info is generally treated as a non-proprietary type item, which once leaked is in the hands of free distribution. Although I do understand there are occasions which the OP feels he/she should remain in full control of how that information should or should not be relinquished.
In short, it's all good my friend

Re: Move pack details
Hopefully in an amount of time I'll be able to reveal some more information about the Move update, but at the moment I'm a little, let's say... constricted. ;)

Re: Move pack details
As many things do, our story begins with a cake. As Victoria von Bathysphere dabbles in her lab, planning to create an even more powerful version of the Brain Crane, a particularly mean piece of leftover cake spies an opportunity for tomfoolery, and bursts forth from it’s specimen jar where it sits on the shelf. Tumbling into Victoria’s experiment, the cake is augmented with super powers and mutates into a hulking menace. The Cakeling has risen.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome To the Valley Of The Sackbots
Welcome to the Sackbots’ village! Find your way around, meet the locals and get to grips with the powerful brain crane power-up
Fast Food
Carefully tilt the machine using your motion controller to guide Steakhouse’s meal pill through the machine’s mechanisms. This is a one player game but you can unlock an advanced path with the sticker sensor at the start.
This game uses the tilt and twist controls of the motion controller to move the food pill. Angled game cameras give the illusion of the whole level tilting and the level has the new maximum required players tweak set to 1.
Jam Kerblam
Pop as many blocks as you can with the cursor and before the timer runs down! Look out for special blast blocks and avoid the deadly stun blocks.
This game uses the movinator cursor as a targeting device – A tag in the cursor activates destroyers on the blocks to pop them. The multiplier tweak on the score giver awards points multipliers when lots of blocks are popped quickly.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dark Old Darkwood
The safety of the village left behind, it’s time to venture out into the shadows and find your way to The House That Science Built. Good luck, brave traveller!
Pond Skater
Collect chains of daisies for score multipliers. Watch out for the ravenous piranhas and The Beavers Of Insanity! Survive as long as you can, you only have one life!
This game uses a movinator cursor that emits a tag when is pressed. A follower on your Pond Skater moves it to the tag’s position, and the beavers’ movements were recorded by hand using the motion recorder and set to a looping animation.
Defence Mechaism- Tutorial
Learn how best to defend Garibald Mossrock’s Summerhouse from the hordes of evil dark water baddies! Go from wide-eyed novice to battle-hardened veteran in a matter of minutes!
This game uses the movinator cursor to grab and place the light nodes.
Defence Mechaism
Defend Garibald Mossrock’s Summerhouse from the dark water baddies! Strategically place light nodes to create networks of light beam barriers to block them, but make sure you open paths for Sackbots returning home.
The attack patterns of the baddies are all timed using the sequencer. They follow tags on their path to Mossrock’s Summerhouse. The Sackbots are all not real! They’re made from wood, holographic material and decorations.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Underground Runaround
All is not lost, even though you might be! Work your way through this subterranean maze and find a way into the house – and The Cakeling!
The Tail Of Claude The Field Mouse
Use your cursor to guide this hapless wooden ball through a series of puzzles, each more cunning and fiendish than the last. Look out for a sticker switch for an extra challenge!
This level uses the movinator cursor as a grabber to move and rotate objects. The cursor has been customised visually using a hand sticker (painted using the paint tool), and alternates between cursors when is pulled to give the effect of an animated grab.
The Lost Sackbots
These poor Sackbots have been trapped by the evil Cakeling! Guide them to safety using the Movinator cursor in a series of challenges, from easy, through to difficult, ending on mind-meltingly unpossible!
This level uses the movinator cursor as a grabber and poker to make a safe path for the Sackbots to return to safety. The cursor has a tag inside it that activates when is pulled – This in turn is detected to spin signs and make blocks move in and out.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The House That Science Built
The Cakeling has enchanted this decrepit mansion – can you find your way through in time to rescue your Sackbot chums?
Brain Crane Pain Game
Battle your enemies – or better yet, your friends – in this hectic free-for-all versus game of explosive thrills!
This level uses the brain crane power-up and the versus game mode. It also uses the new trigger automatically tweak on the bounce pad so that players are only bounced when they press jump. This gives them more control while handling the bombs.
Revenge Of The Cakeling
He’s not down and he’s certainly not out – The era of the Cakeling is nigh! Or… is it?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just Desserts
Once more unto the Secret Lab dear friends, once more! The whole world knows where it is by now – the Cakeling’s days are numbered!

Re: Move pack details
LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack will be released on 14th September and offer a whole new story to play through with your Move controller.
Move support will also be retroactively added to all the original LBP2 story levels.
There will be nifty new Move gadgets like Movinator, Move Recorder and Paint, plus a brand new power-up for Sackboy called the Brain Crane, which lets you move objects with your mind.
There's no price, yet.
Media Molecule will step away from LittleBigPlanet following the release of the Move Pack. It's not yet clear what MM will work on now, nor who will pick up the slack and release LBP2 costumes and level kits. The popular opinion is that MM will hand those duties over to Sony.

Surreal Boy AKA a Blank Canvas

Renaissance Girl AKA Mona Lisa
Pop Boy AKA Andy Warhol

Someone on PS3trophies.com has a list of trophies for the move pack due out this September. There are 11 trophies; 2 silver, 9 bronze. No platinum or gold!
Formally announced at PlayStation’s E3 2011 press conference, the upcoming PlayStation Move Pack for LittleBigPlanet 2 will greatly expand the game’s already extensive creation suite and add countless new gameplay variants. PlayStation Move support evolves the gameplay possibilities of LittleBigPlanet 2, whether it’s flinging and manipulating objects using the new Brain Crane power-up, creating outlandish Move-focused minigames from scratch, or animating characters and props by recording your PlayStation Move gestures. More details are to be expected before the release, which is rumored to be in September. Credit goes to BlueBulletBill, who attended a hands-on event and was able to snatch the trophy list for us all.
