Logic help, maybe some music too

Hey guys, I'm looking for some people to help me with a versus level I am working involving cycling.
The help I need:
Sorting out the menu
Debugging a podium at the end
Maybe some title music?
It would a great help to me if you guys helped, because it's pretty much the only original idea i've had!
