This is a new glitch that i found quiet some time ago, you end up with 2 hands on one arm.
3 Hand Glitch: found by Silent_x_L3gend 3_hand10
what you do is put on the steamsack costume located in Torso.
Then you put on a hand held item located in Hands. then voila, you have 3 hands.
